Skill: Inside Sales Specialist (1 year contract to hire).

JD:
  • Develop appropriate pipeline to hit and exceed sales targets.
  • Work with manager to set and maintain forecast of business for assigned territory.
  • Produce high-quality engagements (primarily via phone) with the right customer and reseller contacts and drive an end-to-end sales process.
  • Identify the ongoing needs of our customers, secure the renewal at maximum value, and convey additional opportunity uncovered via leads.
  • Build relationships with customers and reseller partners that enable credibility, relevance, urgency, and effective negotiations.
  • Maintain CRM records as required by our sales forecast/documentation process and policies.
  • Provides customer records & quotation to Distributors
  • Business planning with manager and field sales counterparts for assigned territory.
  • Participate in ongoing education and development activities.
  • Sales Reps will work on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable discernment is required in resolving problems, negotiating pricing, or providing recommendations
